Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />Re: 32.5 Road Gravel Pit, File No. M- 2009 -035", Approval of 112 Construction Materials Reclamation Permit <br />Application Package <br />Dear Mr. Azcarraga <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety has completed the review process for the above referenced <br />application and determined that M.A. Concrete Construction, Inc. has met the requirements for a 112c application <br />under the Rules and Act. Staff is pleased to inform M.A. Concrete Construction, Inc. that the application is approved. <br />The reclamation liability estimate is calculated to be $74,088.00 Please let staff know immediately if any errors exist <br />in reclamation cost estimate. M.A. Concrete Construction, Inc. must submit and have accepted both a Financial and <br />Performance Warranty for the permit to become active. No disturbance may occur until the warranties are in <br />place and all other necessary local, state and federal permits (if required) are approved and in place.
