PUBLIC NOTICE Lillylands Inc. , P.O. Box 204 , Redvale, Colorado, has submitted an application for a Permit Revision to the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Division for its Hamilton Mine, mining permit No. C-91-078 . The proposed revision will incorporate additional lands into the permit to provide for an additional mining area, mining area number three. The legal description of the existing permit area is as follows: Township 46 North, Range 15 West, N.M.P.M. Section 32 : E/2E/2 Section 33: W/2 Township 45 North, Range 15 West, N.M.P.M. Section 4 : Portions of Lots 3, 4 , 5 , 6 , 11 & 12 Section 5: N/2NE/4NE/4 Containing 677 acres more or less . The permit revision will add the following lands into the permit area. Township 46 North, Range 15 West, N.M.P.M. Section 28 : SE/4 , NE/4SW/4 Section 33: E/2 Containing 520 acres more or less . The U.S.G.S. 7 .5 minute quadrangle map of Naturita, Colorado contains the proposed permit area. The surface of the current permit area is owned by Roy and Betsy Davis The surface of the proposed permit area is owned by William E. Bray and Roy and Betsy Davis . The above map clearly identifies the towns, rivers, streams, water bodies, local landmarks and routes necessary to readily identify the proposed permit area.
