Our initial review indicates <br /> that all preliminary items required by the Colorado Surface Coal Mining Reclamation <br /> Act, C.R.S. 34-33-101 et sec,. , have been submitted; thus your technical revision <br /> application has been deemed complete for the purposes of filing on the above date. <br /> All review and comment periods as provided in the Act and Regulations promulgated <br /> thereunder initiate from this date of filing. <br /> A copy of the technical revision application, less any confidential information, <br /> must be filed for public inspection with the Montrose County Planner or Clerk and <br /> Recorder. Any subsequent changes or additions must also be made in this copy. <br /> The proposed newspaper advertisement submitted with the application has been found <br /> to be satisfactory. You should commence publication of this advertisement as <br /> specified in Rule 2.07.3.(2) of the Regulations with the exception that the <br /> publication need only be run once, and reference to the informal conference <br /> specified in Rule 2.07.3(2)(d) should be deleted. Proof of the publication of the <br /> advertisement must be filed with the Division as soon as available after the <br /> publication date. <br /> The staff is currently reviewing your technical revision application to determine <br /> whether the items you have submitted are adequate in terms of meeting the <br /> requirements for purposes of adequacy. You will be notified as to the Division' s <br /> findings of adequacy or inadequacy of your revision application.
