Nelson: <br /> Pursuant to Title 34, Article 35, Paragraph 3, of the Colorado Revised <br /> Statutes, the Mined Land Reclamation D'ivision hereby issues notice that on <br /> May 22, 1992, a technical revision application for a permit to conduct coal <br /> mining operations , File No. C-91-078 (TR-01 ) , by Lillylands Inc. , <br /> P.O. Box 204, Redvale, CO 81431 , was deemed complete for the purposes of <br /> filing. All reviews and comment periods as provided in the Act and <br /> Regulations promulgated thereunder initiate from this day of filing. <br /> The applicant proposes to revise surface coal mining operations on the E 1 /2 <br /> of the E 1 /2 of Section 32 and the W. 1 /2 of Section 33, T46N, R15W, N.M. P.M. <br /> and portions of lots 3, 4, 5, 6, 11 and 12 in Section 4 along with N 1/2 of <br /> the NE 1 /4 of the NE 1 /4 of Section 5 in T45N, R15W, N.M. P.M. <br /> The above-mentioned tracts of land are shown on USGS 7 .5 minute Quadrangle map <br /> of Naturita, Colorado.
