The
NCiiiiit deficiencies will require you to submit a revision to correct items.
1 . Please make the following changes to the tables on page 3-2 of
Appendix 3.
A. Add flow rates and/or water level to the parameter lists .
B. Add units of measurement to the analysis results and
parameters lists .
C. Specify that all around water samples species will be
dissolved.
D. Specify that the species for all surface water samples will
be total recoverable except for:
1 . Ammonia (Unionized)
2. Aluminum (Dissolved)
3. Iron (Total recoverable and dissolved)
4. Manganese (Total recoverable and dissolved)
2. Please explain why baseline sample analysis show results below the
detection limit.
3. Please add narrative in the text to describe the sampling is
accomplished and how flow rate measurements are taken.
4. On page 2.05-36, please eliminate the statement "A hydrologic
reclamation plan is not considered necessary at this time" .
