Notice of the proposed <br /> decision will be published as soon as possible. The publication will initiate <br /> the ten (10) day public comment period for the Division' s decision. <br /> If applicable, Honeywood Coal Company should amend their bond to reflect a <br /> reduction in the amount of $234,315.00 prior to the end of the public comment <br /> period.
