r <br /> NOTICE OF PROPOSED DECISION <br /> The Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology has issued a proposed decision <br /> to approve a technical revision to the mining and reclamation plans for the <br /> Hamilton Mine, Permit No. C-91-078, operated by Honeywood Coal /Delta Coal Co. , <br /> under the provisions of the Colorado Surface Coal Mining Reclamation Act of <br /> 1979. The proposed technical revision (TR-04) was submitted by Honeywood <br /> Coal/Delta Coal Co. , on January 13, 1994 for the Hamilton Mine. The affected <br /> area is located in portions of Sections 4 and 5, T45N, R15W, and portions of <br /> Sections 28, 32 and all of Section 33, T46N, R15W of the N.R.P.M. , in Montrose <br /> County. <br /> The subject technical revision revises the final contour maps and the haul <br /> road reclamation plans. The haul roads at the mine site will be left in place <br /> at the request of the landowners. <br /> Copies of the proposed technical revision are available for review at the <br /> Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology office, 1313 Sherman Street, <br /> Room 215, Denver, Colorado 80203. Any person who has an interest which is or <br /> may be adversely affected may request a formal hearing regarding this proposed <br /> decision. Requests for a formal hearing must be made in writing within ten <br /> (10) days of this publication and shall state with reasonable specificity the <br /> reasons for the request and objections to the proposed decision. <br />
