Box 587, Nucla, <br /> Colorado 81424, was .deemed complete for the purposes of filing. All reviews <br /> and comment periods as provided in the Act and Regulations promulgated <br /> thereunder initiate from this day of filing. <br /> The applicant proposes to revise surface coal mining operations at the <br /> Hamilton Mine. The technical revision will revise the final contour maps and <br /> the haul road reclamation plans. The haul roads at the mine site will .be left <br /> in place at the request of the landowners. <br /> The Hamilton Mine permit area is located approximately three miles southeast <br /> of Naturita, Colorado, in portions of the following described lands: <br /> Township 46 North, Range 15 West, N.M.P.M. <br /> Section 28: SE/4, NE/4SW/4 <br /> Section 32: E/2E/2 <br /> Section 33: All <br /> Township 45 North, Range 15 West, N.M.P.M. <br /> Section 4: Portions of Lots 3, 4, 5, 6, 11 and 12 <br /> Section 5: N/2NE/4NE/4 <br /> The above-mentioned tracts of land are shown on USGS 7.5 minute Quadrangle map <br /> of Naturita, Colorado. <br /> A copy of the technical revision application is available for public inspec- <br /> tion at the Montrose County Courthouse Annex, 300 Main, Nucla, Colorado. <br /> Written comments may be submitted and additional information may be obtained <br />
