By a letter
dated September 15, 1993, the landowners presented their. reasons
for wanting the haul roads to be left in place.
Enclosed is an application for a technical revision. The technical
revision will incorporate into the permit revised pages 2.05-7i,
2.05-7ii, 2.05-7iii and revised Maps 120 & 130 which are the final
contour maps for mining areas 1 & 3 respectively.
The revised pages present the rationale for not reclaiming the haul
road to mining area No. 3. Permit page 2 .05-7 dated July 1991
indicates the north south haul road that traverses mining area Nos.
1 & 2 will remain after mining.
The revised final contour maps were developed based upon areal
topography work performed during December 1993. The maps show the
haul roads on the property that will not be reclaimed.
Please call if you have any questions.
Sincerely,
Jim Stover, P.E.
Consulting Engineer
Enclosures
cc: Rick Ward
