Identifying numbers for the <br />operation are presented on the preceding <br />pages. <br />(b) Description: Failure to republish and <br />redistribute the blasting schedule by mail at <br />least every twelve months. <br />(c) Proceedings: The Operator paid a $350 civil <br />penalty. <br />(d) Current Status: The violation was abated by <br />the Division effective November 23, 1993. <br />(e) Actions: The Operator published a public <br />notice that indicated the blasting operations <br />at the Hamilton Mine had been concluded. <br />(f) Final Resolution: The Division received proof <br />of publication of the public notice and abated <br />the violation. <br />• <br />2.03-7 September 1994
