I had put out a petition for the citizens to <br />sign who objected to the Permit-Revision but were unable to write letters, but would like the land <br />put back the way it was and did not want any of it in DRYLAN D. Robin Scheuerman, the <br />bookkeeper for WFC, entered all of the stores and told them I could not have a petition and that I <br />was not going to do anything against WFC and took all of my petitions. I had over 500 <br />signatures, over 200 at one store, and she grabbed them up and out the door she went. These <br />people do not want it put back in Dryland, put it back the way it was. Why are they afraid of a <br />petition if everything is being done according to what they are telling people? Here's a copy of <br />my petition and I was able to get a few signatures today after I left the sheriffs department and <br />filed charges and I am waiting to see what the DA says. I will start new petitions and maybe go <br />door to door to get them signed. <br />Michael spent the entire day at the court house and the revisions and documents up there do not <br />match ours. Some of the reference attachments do not match what it is to suppose to be. All of <br />them are contradictory to what we were told. TR59 is way too much to read in a day and Mr. <br />Morgan has not gotten a copy, so, we are objecting to TR 59 until we can see the entire thing and <br />have time to read it. Several other people were up there that were interested in the Revisions, <br />and they too, could not make anything match or figures to match, or things that were suppose to <br />say one thing said something else. TR57 we were lied to.
