The bond release <br />application was found complete by this Division on December 18, 2009. Honeywood Coal Company <br />is seeking release of Phase H bond liability for re-distribution of topsoil and establishment of <br />vegetation at the Hamilton Mine. The site was reclaimed and seeded in 1993; supplemental seeding <br />was performed in 1995 and 1998. The approved postmining land use is rangeland and wildlife habitat. <br />The surface ownership is Private, and the coal mined was Private. <br />We will contact you to advise you of the Division's required bond release inspection of the site as soon <br />as it has been scheduled.
