Some <br />explanation is needed regarding a few of the mailings: <br />o Notices sent to Weld County and PetroCanada were returned to us as being undeliverable <br />r 10 <br />so we found some new addresses and mailed their notices back out on Novembe <br />both were delivered that time.) <br />o The two certified envelopes sent to Maan Sukhminder Singh & Maan Jasvir K and Maan <br />Sukhminder Singh & Maan Jasvir K (50 %) & Surender Singh & Sukhjeet Randhawa <br />(50 %) were lost by the Postal Service.
