There are <br />several substantive items that are requiring some time and effort to research and reconstruct old information, therefore, <br />we request that you extend the decision date for RN08-05 to January 15, 2010. 1 have attached a draft response for one <br />of the items, and would appreciate your review and input. I have also attached a scan of the public notice for TR09-70/71, <br />which published on 12/06/09.
