The current decision date is December 17, 2009, and the request is for a one -month extension, <br />to allow time to prepare and submit the technical adequacy responses. The request has been approved, and the <br />decision date has been reset to January 19, 2010 <br />Please ensure that the adequacy responses are submitted prior to the new decision date to allow time for their review. <br />If additional time is required to prepare and submit these materials, you may request another extension. The extension <br />request must be written, and include a specific date or length of time. <br />As stated before, if the application (including later submitted materials) is not found adequate for approval by the close <br />of business on the decision date, this office may deny the application. <br />All adequacy response materials must be submitted in hard copy and in duplicate. (Note: If electronic version of the <br />documents is submitted, please ensure that hard copy is also mailed to this office.) These may be submitted directly to <br />me at the Division's Durango field office: 691 CR 233, Room A -2, Durango, CO 81301; telephone: 970 - 247 -5193. <br />Please contact me with any questions.
