Brannan Way , Denver, CO 80229; (303) 534 -1231, submitted a request for financial warranty <br />reduction for the Pit 29, Permit No. M -1980 -183. The construction materials extraction operation is located at or near <br />Section 35, Township 1S, Range 67W, 06th Prime Meridian., in Adams County. <br />Written comments or objections to the financial warranty reduction may be submitted to, and additional information <br />obtained from, the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colorado <br />80203, (303) 866 -3567. Comments or objections should be submitted within 15 days.
