The <br />average annual amount of ground water to be appropriated for evaporation shall not exceed 2.92 <br />acre-feet with the total surface area of ground water exposure limited to 1.1 acres. The total <br />production of product is limited to 50,000 tons per year. The total average annual amount of ground <br />water to be appropriated for all approved uses including evaporation shall not exceed 5.4 acre-feet. <br />? Prior to approving a well permit, the applicant must conduct a field inspection of the site and <br />document the locations of all wells within 600 feet of the perinit area. The applicant must then <br />obtain a waiver of objection from all well owners with wells within 600 feet of the permit area or <br />request a hearing before the State Engineer. <br />® Other: The current SWSP for this gravel pit expired in July 2009. The well shall not be operated <br />unless it is included in a SWSP approved by the State Engineer or a plan for augmentation approved <br />by the water court.
