Barton and Gilleland, <br />The Division has received your request for a two -month extension of the decision date for the above -named <br />amendment application. The Division approves this request, and the decision date is now reset for January <br />31, 2010. <br />If responses to the outstanding adequacy items are not received by the close of business on the decision date, <br />the application may be denied. If additional time is needed to prepare and submit the adequacy responses, <br />you may submit a written request for another extension. Please specify the length of time being requested. <br />(Note: If the amendment application is found to be adequate prior to the decision date, the Division may <br />issue its approval prior to the decision date.) <br />Review of Exhibit Materials The Division's written comments of its technical adequacy review of exhibit <br />materials will be forthcoming under separate cover. <br />Proof of Filing Additional Materials with County Clerk Please provide a receipt from the county clerk <br />documenting the filing of your last submittal (dated November 27, 2009). As a reminder, you must provide <br />such receipt for all submittals to this office. These must always be received prior to the decision date. <br />Reminder for All Submittals to DRMS Materials MAY be initially submitted in electronic form, but those <br />MUST be followed by hard copy. All hard copy submittals MUST include duplicate sets of materials (one <br />set of originals and one set of copies).
