Kerr Coal Company has conferred with Colorado Division of Water <br />Resources regarding measures that will allow for retention of the Tipple Pond. Due to limited availability <br />of the landowner and KCC's senior executive, KCC is requesting the proposed decision be extended until <br />January 29, 2010.
