<br />PUBLIC NOTICE
<br />Venture Resources, Inc., PO Box 1974, Idaho Springs, CO 80452, 303 - 619 -6323, has filed an application for a
<br />Limited Impact (110d) Designated Mining Reclamation Permit with the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board
<br />under provisions of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act. The proposed mine is known as the Nukill Gulch
<br />Millsite, and - is located at or near Section 26, Township 3 S, Range 73W, 6 Prime Meridian.
<br />The proposed date of commencement is January 1, 2010 and the proposed date of completion is November 1, 2034.
<br />The proposed future use of the land is to maintain its existing zoning designation (Residential/Mining M -1 zoning
<br />or Mining M -2 zoning, dependant on the affected parcel) and resemble rangeland.
<br />Additional information and tentative decision date may be obtained from the Division of Reclamation, Mining, and

<br />applicant.
<br />Comments must be in writing and must be received by the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety by 4:00
<br />p.m. on December le, 2009.
