Stover & Associates, Inc. for Mining Area 1. The soil loss
calculation was recently approved with TR-10, however, the demonstration was resubmitted with
MR-11 to make corrections to the vegetation cover data values used in the calculations. I found no
problems with the revised soil loss demonstration. I compared the cover data values used in the
calculations against the Hamilton Mine 2009 Reevaluation Report and found no errors in data
transmission from the Cedar Creek Associates report to the soil loss demonstration. I recommend.
approval for this minor revision application.
Let me know if you have questions or require additional information.
c: Sandy Brown
Office of Office of
Mined Land Reclamation Denver • Grand Junction • Durango Active and Inactive Mines
