plant. Road base materials will be stockpiled by this method. The second mining procedure <br />will be for "pit-run" materials. This sand and gravel will be loaded onto trucks and <br />transported off-site to construction projects in the county highway system as needed. In all <br />cases, during periods of inactivity, the vertical mining face will be sloped back for safety <br />reasons. The operation will not impact the hydrological balance, or create off-site damage. <br />The disturbed areas will be re-vegetated according to the reclamation plan. <br />Amendment <br />(Permit M-2005-006 Am 001) <br />The Amendment 001 has some impact on this Exhibit D. There was a typing error <br />correction on page 1, paragraph 3 that stated: "The topsoil depth is from 6 to 10 <br />inches...
