Mr. Janowiak recommended affirmation of District <br />Ranger Davidson's decision. Please see the ARO's recommendation letter (enclosed) for further <br />discussion of each of the appeal points. <br />DECISION <br />After reviewing the appeal record, I agree with Mr. Janowiak's analysis, as presented in the <br />recommendation letter. The record is adequate to support the District Ranger Davidson's <br />decision. All appeal issues raised have been considered.
