I Idid not receive it. When you send me things, please use this address: blopez(a)metrowestnewspapers.com
It will come directly to me - the legals email goes to our server address and sometimes, especially if we are experiencing
server issues, I will not receive them. If I could, I can go ahead and republish this. You will not be charged at all. Please let
me know if this is a good avenue to pursue. Again, I am so sorry about this. I am going to log on to our server and see if I
can't locate this notice. Please let me know if you need this published for next week. The deadline is tomorrow by Noon.
Thanks
Bobi
n: Cramer, Johanna [mailto:Johanna.Cramer@state.co.us]
t: Thursday, December 03, 2009 9:27 AM
Bobi
jest: RE: your notice
We E-mailed the notice 10/21/2009 to the legals. See attached. Hopefully it ran. Please let me know if it did not.
Thanks
I
canna Cramer
rporate Compliance/Bonding Specialist
rision of Reclamation, Mining and Safety
3-866-3567, extension 8114
m: Bobi [mailto:blopez@metrowestnewspapers.com]
t: Thursday, December 03, 2009 11:22 AM
Cramer, Johanna
jest: re: your notice
ohanna,
Ok I have searched through all of my deleted folders and sent folders and the notice that you are questioning was never
received. I have two questions for you, where was it sent and how was it sent (i.e. fax, email, etc)? I am wondering if it
was not inadvertently placed with our Classified Ad Rep. She is out of the office and a technician is working on her station
at the moment so I can not ask her about this. When she does come in, I will ask her if she possibly received the notice. If
you could let me know where and how, that would be great, that way I can look other places. Again, thank you for your
patience concerning this matter.
Bobi Lopez
2
