Cattany <br />Twentymile Coal Company Division Director <br />Foidel Creek Mine Natural Resource Trustee <br />j 29515 Routt County Road No. 27 <br />Oak Creek, CO 80467 <br />RE: Third Quarter 2009 plus September 2009 Discharge Monitoring Reports, CO-0027154 <br />Dear Mr. Watterson: <br />j Twentymile Coal Company (TCC) submitted NPDES Discharge Monitoring Reports (DMRs) for Third <br />quarter 2009 and September 2009, Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment CDPS permit <br />no. CO-0027154 on November 2, 2009. <br />TCC reports that in September outfall 005A/MON5/005W (Pond D) discharged each week of the month. <br />No parameters exceeded the standards for this outfall in September. No other outfalls discharged during <br />the month of September or third quarter. <br />Quarterly WET tests were conducted for outfall 005W. The WET test passed for Daphnia magna. <br />The reports are in compliance with Rule 4.15.13(2)(iii).
