Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />Twentymile Coal Company (TCC) submitted Third Quarter 2009, Pond Inspection Reports on October 13, <br />2009. The ponds were inspected September 23 and 30, 2009. Ponds, D, Area 1 Pit, Wastewater treatment <br />ponds, and Fish Creek Tipple Pond were discharging during the inspection. <br />I <br />Maintenance items noted in the Third Quarter 2009 reports documented weed spraying conducted in June <br />or July 2009. The need for partial dredging of Pond D and Fish Creek Tipple Pond were noted. No critical <br />items were identified during the Third quarter 2009 inspections. Please include quarterly inspection reports <br />i for the 6MN Mine Water Reservoir too. <br />The reports are in compliance with Rule 4.05.6(13).
