CO-0036684 on <br />November 2, 2009. This CPDS permit has one outfall, Pond E at the Fish Creek Tipple, which discharges <br />to Fish Creek. TCC reported that Outfall 001A discharged every week of the quarter, July through <br />September. WET tests were conducted. TCC stated that WET test samples were collected in July 2009. <br />TCC notified CDPH&E of failure of Third Quarter 2009 WET test for Ceriodaphnia dubia. Accelerated <br />WET test schedule was conducted following the initial failure. <br />The report is in compliance with Rule 4.15.13(2)(iii).
