As a result, <br />the approvals for the following plans are hereby rescinded: <br />1. Ventilation Plan, approved July 14, 2006 <br />2. Roof Control Plan, approved July 11, 2006 <br />3. Mine Emergency Evacuation and Firefighting Program of Instruction, <br />approved March 14, 2007 <br />4. Availability of Mine Rescue Team Statement, accepted March 29, 2008 <br />5: Emergency Response Plan, approved April 27, 2007 <br />6. Smoking Prohibition Plan, dated March 27, 2007 <br />7. Training Plan, Part 75, approved August 24, 2006 <br />8. Training Plan, Part 48, Subpart A, approved August 24, 2006. <br />The surface training plans will remain in effect until the surface facilities for <br />the King I mine are transferred to the King II mine legal identity [ID No. 05- <br />4864]. On the effective date of the transfer, the following plans will be <br />rescinded: <br />1. Training Plan, Part 77, approved August 24, 2006 <br />2. Training Plan, Part 48, Subpart B, approved August 24, 2006. <br />Be reminded that 30 CFR §75.1204 requires that "Within 60 days of the permanent <br />closure or abandonment of the mine, or,' when the mine is temporarily closed, upon <br />the expiration of a period of 90 days from the date of closure, the operator <br />shall file with the Secretary a copy of the mine map revised and supplemented to <br />the date of the closure. Such copy of the mine map shall be certified by a <br />registered surveyor or registered engineer of the State in which the mine is <br />located and shall be available for public inspection." The mine map, filed under <br />30 CFR §75.1204 must contain all of the applicable portions of 30 CFR §75.1200 <br />through §75.1202-1. <br />If you have any question, please contact this office at 303-231-5458. <br />Sincerely, <br />All C.
