Colorado <br />Beginning at agoint, which is 100 feet north of the south % corner of Section 25, T1 IN, <br />R97W of the. 6 P.M., the permit boundary line runs: <br />Thence east 600-feet thence north 1120 feet; thence west 1200 feet; thence south 1120 <br />feet; thence east 600 feet to the point of beginning, containing 30.85 acres, more or less. <br />Also: Amendment <br />(Permit M-2005-006 Am 001) <br />A sixty (60) foot wide access easement located in the SE1/4SW1/4 of Section 25, T11N, R97W of the 6th P.M., <br />Moffat County, Colorado and being thirty (30) feet on both sides of the following described centerline: <br />Beginning at a point on the centerline of County-Road No. 66 lying N88'11'190W, 714.89 feet and N01'48'41"E, <br />264.06 fees: from the SI4 corner of said Section 25; thence S60'12'35"E, 130.00 feet more or less to a point on <br />the west line of the Powderwash Pit No. 66 and the point of terminus. <br />The south lilne of the SWX of Section 25, T11N, R97W of the'6th P.M. is considered to bear N88"11'19"W. between <br />the SIA corner and the S.W. comer both are G.L.O.
