6.4.1 EXHIBIT A — Legal Description <br />The affected land includes the entire permit area, which includes the entire <br />property owned by Coulson Excavating, Co., Inc. The legal description for the <br />property / affected area / permit area is as follows: <br />Portions of the Southwest Quarter of Section 15, the Southeast Quarter of <br />Section 16, the Northeast Quarter of Section 21 and the Northwest Quarter of <br />Section 22, all lying in Township 5 North, Range 68 West of the Sixth Principal <br />Meridian, County of Larimer, State of Colorado, more particularly described as <br />follows; <br />Considering the North line of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 15 as <br />bearing.
