a c s 1977 - 3�I <br />ANNUAL RECLAMATION REPORT <br />SILICA QUARRY, LYONS, COLORADO <br />PERMIT NO. 77361 <br />2007-2008 <br />The purpose of this report is to comply with the Mined Land Reclamation Act of <br />1976, Statute 34 -32 -112 of House Bill No. 1065. This report follows the <br />requirements covering the "Notice of Intent to Continue" for a limited impact <br />operation. <br />The permit for the Silica Quarry located at Lyons, Colorado, was issued on <br />June 4, 1978. The reclamation and mining plan submitted September 1, 1977, <br />states that 6.5 acres in the Northeast % of the Southwest %, Section 20, <br />Township 3 North, Range 70 West of the 6th Principle Meridian had been <br />affected. <br />Currently 2.2 acres are used as a stockpile and crusher area. As of this date, <br />the total affected area is 9.5 acres. There was no additional disturbance for <br />2008 — 2009.
