AAI makes no warranties, either expressed or implied, as to the accuracy or <br />completeness of the information herein. Opinions are based on subjective interpretations of <br />geologic data; other equally valid interpretations may exist. <br />It is acknowledged that these recommendations have been made based on a limited set of <br />information and, thus, there are inherent uncertainties. It is TMI's responsibility to understand <br />the recommendations presented here and their implied risks. AAI can provide additional <br />explanations or can provide additional effort to better quantify the risks. <br />TMI is responsible for the final design and construction of the open pits at the mine. <br />Recommendations for monitoring have been made here in this report. However, TMI assumes <br />responsibility for implementing AAI's recommendations and might include modifications given <br />other needs of the mining operations. AN remains available for consulting during final design <br />and construction, and can assist with field monitoring of ground conditions as needed. It is <br />recommended that TMI have procedures for field implementation of the included <br />recommendations.
