AAI proposes to monitor the early stages of the dragline stripping to evaluate the
effectiveness of this placement method. Should an additional size traction be required to obtain
sufticient filtering, AAI will reevaluate the materials available and make recommendations to
construct a suitable filter system. If no suitable size traction is economically available, a geo-
textile fabric will be specified.
