Therefore, please get one violation number for Wildcat Mining Corporation <br />for the Idaho Mill, M-2009-069, failure to comply with a Board Order; one violation number for Wildcat Mining <br />Corporation for the May Day Mine, M-1981-185, for failure to comply with permit conditions; and two violation <br />numbers for Colorado Goldfields, Pride of the West Mill, M-1984-049, one for failure to comply with a Board Order and <br />the second for failure to comply with permit conditions. <br />Please let me know if you need more information or coding forms for the above four violations.
