I still do not have access to Permit System. Therefore, please get one violation number for Wildcat Mining Corporation
for the Idaho Mill, M-2009-069, failure to comply with a Board Order; one violation number for Wildcat Mining
Corporation for the May Day Mine, M-1981-185, for failure to comply with permit conditions; and two violation
numbers for Colorado Goldfields, Pride of the West Mill, M-1984-049, one for failure to comply with a Board Order and
the second for failure to comply with permit conditions.
Please let me know if you need more information or coding forms for the above four violations. I'm headed to the field
today and might not be able to respond again till late this afternoon (early evening) or tomorrow.

I just talked with Mike Clements, who verified that.$2,500 is for civil penalty due for the Idaho Mill, M-2006-069,
originating from violation MV-2009-007; and the $1,000 is for civil penalty for the May Day Mine, M-1981-185, for
violation found by the Board during the November 12, 2009 MLRB meeting. There is no violation number yet associated
with any of the violations found during the November 12 meeting.

I still haven't deposited the check for $3,500.00, 1 read the minutes and see the break down for the two permits but no
information has been entered in the Enforcement Screen (the system does generate an MV#) so do I just keep holding
the check? I would really like to deposit it soon.....thanks mr
