Box 1974 <br />Idaho Springs, CO 80452 <br />Re: Notification that Application is Complex, Hukill Gulch Millsite, File No. M- 2009 -076 <br />Dear Mr. MCHaIe: <br />On November 24, 2009, the Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety (DRMS) determined that the permit <br />application for the Hukill Gulch Millsite, File No. M- 2009 -076 is "filed" as that term is defined in Rule <br />1.1(20.1) of the Mineral Rules and Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board. Also on <br />November 24, 2009, the DRMS determined that the application is "complex" as that term is defined in Rule <br />1.1(10) and reset the decision date for the application from December 24, 2009 to February 22, 2009. This was <br />done in accordance with Rule 1.4.1(7). <br />The DRMS is reviewing the application to determine whether it is adequate to meet the requirements of the <br />Mined Land Reclamation Act.
