CaIX is working on
developing a new map for the project which was requested by Division staff. CaIX's extension request
does not request a specific time frame. However, in telephone conversation it was noted a sixty day
extension would be requested. Therefore staff is extending the decision date to January 18, 2010. If
this is incorrect please contact staff for clarification.
If you need additional information please contact me at the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety,
Grand Junction Field Office, 101 S. 3rd St., Suite 301, Grand Junction, Colorado 81501, or by telephone
no. 970.241.1117.
Sincerely,
G.
