Cattany <br />8120 Gage St. Division Director <br />Frederick, CO 80516 Natural Resource Trustee <br />Re: Kurtz Resource Recovery & Land Devlpmnt Proj; Permit No. M- 1999 -006; Technical Revision Approval, <br />Revision No. TR -2 <br />Dear Mr. Varra: <br />On November 20, 2009 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety approved the Technical Revision application <br />submitted to the Division on October 5, 2009, addressing the following: <br />- Change the Mining and Reclamation Plans to reflect a decrease from four reservoir basins to two reservoir <br />basins. To accommodate the creation of two reservoir basins, the seep ditch will be relocated to the east side of <br />Tract A. In addition, the oil and gas pipelines between Tract III, Tract IV, and Tract V will be relocated to the <br />perimeter of the affected area. <br />The terms of the Technical Revision No. 2 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M -1999- <br />006.
