III. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations made <br />during the inspection. Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the inspection <br />and the facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />This was a complete bond release inspection of exploration drill sites for the Cow Camp Underground <br />Drilling Program conducted by Jason Musick of the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining, and <br />Safety (Division) on 10 November 2009. Joe Shoemaker of Twentymile Coal Company accompanied <br />the inspection. The weather was clear during the inspection and the ground was dry. <br />This inspection was conducted to determine final bond release on 11 remaining sites of NOI X -2007- <br />229-00. Of the 11 sites drilled, 10 have been sealed and reclaimed with 1 sites remaining as an active <br />domestic water well. Site CC0001, was converted to domestic water well and transferred to the land <br />owner under Colorado State Engineer permit number 274598. <br />Each abandoned exploration drill site was located using the map and GPS coordinates provided by <br />Scott Cowman. The results of the inspection, including example photographs of a portion of the 14 <br />holes is provided below. <br />
