A representative from Pelino, Inc. was not on site during the inspection. <br />The Jesse Lee pit is located 3 miles south of Buena Vista in Chaffee County, Colorado. <br />An aerial inspection of the Jesse Lee pit was conducted on October 15, 2009. Photographs of the site were <br />taken with a digital camera and will be used by the Division staff during future permitting and/or ground <br />inspections to determine compliance with the mine and reclamation plans.
