APPENDIX A
DRMS Form 2 Confidential
Colorado Plateau Partners LLC
Bush Canyon Project
Proposed Action
Introduction
Colorado :Plateau Partners LLC (CPP) proposes to conduct exploratory drilling on Federal lands,
claimed by CPP and managed by the U.S. Bureau of Land Management, located about 1.5 miles
east of Egnar, San Miguel County, Colorado. The proposed action consists of boring four (4) air
rotary holes and is intended to obtain information about historic drill-indicated mineralization
and mineral trends. The proposed drill holes (PDH-A through PDH-D) are located in the T43N,
R19W, New Mexico Prime Meridian. The proposed drill sites are located near several existing
roads. The sites will require a total of about 560 feet of off-road, over-the-ground access trails.
Construction (e.g. physical disturbance) of new access roads will not occur.
Starting Date and Duration
Drilling is proposed to start by December, 2009. The actual date will depend on permitting,
weather and drill rig availability. Drill program duration should be about 1 week.
Drilling Information
Four holes are proposed for the claim block. Approximate GPS coordinates (UTM Zone 12) and
hole particulars are shown in Table 1. The holes will start in sediments belonging to the Burro
Canyon Formation, the Brushy Basin Member of the Jurassic Morrison Formation and terminate
below the principal ore-bearing horizons of sandstones assigned to the Salt Wash Member of the
Morrison Formation in the project area.
Table
Dr

illhole
PDH-A 1: Prop

UTIVI
Zone
12S osed Drill Hole Location

Planned Planned
Easting Northing
Confidential Confidential Particulars

Inclinatio Declination
n
-90

Planned TotA
Depth
300ft
PDH-B 12S Confidential Confidential -90 300ft
PDH-C 12S Confidential Confidential -90 300ft
PDH-D 12S Confidential Confidential -90 300ft
Total 1,200 ft
