M-1980-146
REQUEST FOR EXTENSION j % -
Dear sir:
We did not receive your electronic or hard copy request for additional information until Saturday
14 November 2009, as I was out of the office the 11-14 and not able to access either the US Post
Office or E-mail. However, the letter of 30 October 2009 requested "an extension of the
Division's decision date to not sooner than 15 November 2009 and not later than 30 November
2009, unless additional time is required to resolve any remaining issues." Therefore, it is
obvious that additional time is needed to respond and the time to at least 30 November 2009 is
necessary.
We have not been able to get the additional information from BLM as of yet, as apparently the
only person who knows about this information has been out of the office at training. We are still
working to get that information.
Please accept my apologies for the confusion of the register and other problems with the
geotechnical exhibit. We will correct and resubmit that information as soon as we are able to do
so.
Respectfully submitted,
.W
Nathan A.
