During <br />your inspection you noted that fill material from outside the permit was being brought in from a current <br />construction project and dumped on-site. Per your inspection report, United either needs to provide <br />notice to DRMS if this is a short term activity, or provide a technical revision if this is going to be an <br />ongoing activity. <br />United would like to have an option of being able to import backfill material from construction activities <br />to this location moving forward. Therefore, please find this letter as a request for a Technical Revision <br />to our current permit.
