As you can see in the <br />included photos, good progress has been made getting slopes to grade around and below the well, <br />however a small area remains. <br />I sent the UCC Financial Statement to Garrett Varra via a -Mail, however, they are in a remote area and he <br />may not be able to pick it up with his cel; so I have not received clearance for the document to submit. <br />Since it is a financial statement, I am unable to act on the manner independently without their review. <br />Since they return by Monday, to my understanding, we should be able to forward it to you by then, but it <br />leaves little time for your review and comment. <br />Given the circumstances, and the Thanksgiving Holiday, please allow this correspondence to serve as a <br />request to extend the decision date on the Technical Revision and attending financial warranty <br />considerations to Friday 8 December 2009.
