The status of the corrective action in regards to this problem is as follows: <br />Compliance Problem 1: Erosion has formed rills and gullies on the reclaimed pit wall. <br />This problem is considered abated as a result of the Operator's submittal of photographs showing <br />the repaired pit slopes. <br />If you have any questions, please contact me at (303) 866-3567 x8116. <br />Sincerely, <br />Michael A.
