This
revision is to relocate the concrete pad for the 45 -ton crane (as was approved per MR -292) to
the southeast comer of the Lower Refuse Pile (LRP). This 100' x 20' x 12" thick reinforced
concrete pad was included in MCC's bond in 2003, but MCC now proposes that the pad need
not be bonded for demolition and removal because it would be broken up and buried in place
in the LRP.
Please contact me at (970)929 -2238 or by e-mail should you have questions regarding this
submittal.
Sincerely,
Kathleen G.
