Expansion <br />Request for Extension of Proposed Decision <br />Dear Mr. Nettleton: <br />On November 10, 2009, the Division received a letter from Twentymile Coal Company, via e-mail, <br />requesting an extension of the proposed decision date for TR67. The Division sent Twentymile Coal <br />Company (TCC) an adequacy letter on August 6, 2009. TCC provided responses to the Division's <br />adequacy concerns on October 16, 2009. Due to remaining review of TCC's responses and additional <br />information needed from the operator, TCC has requested the proposed decision be extended until <br />November 13, 2009.
