-4- <br />Resources must place copies of the response documents and of this letter for the public to view with the Clear <br />Creek County Clerk and Recorder. In order to provide a complete record for public view, the DRMS letter dated <br />October 24 and the Venture Resources' letter dated October 26, 2009 must also be placed with the County Clerk <br />and Recorder, and an affidavit or receipt must be provided to DRMS indicating the date all of the documents are <br />placed. A decision date will be established 30 days from the date all of the requested information is found to be <br />sufficient, unless the application is found to be complex in which case the decision date may be as much as 90 <br />days from the date of the sufficiency determination. Venture Resources has sixty (60) days to submit all <br />necessary information that the DRMS needs for an application to be considered filed. If, at the end of the sixty <br />day period, the application has not been determined to be filed with the DRMS, the DRMS shall deny the <br />application and terminate the application file. This letter shall not be construed to mean that there are no other <br />technical deficiencies in Venture Resources application. The DRMS will review Venture Resources application <br />to determine whether it is adequate to meet the requirements of the Mined Land Reclamation Act after submittal <br />of all required items. <br />S erely, \ <br />W? <br />Allen C.
