Your letter stated that you own mineral <br />rights in the southwest quarter of section 28, Township 9 South, Range 57 West, of the 6th <br />Principal Meridian, in Elbert County, Colorado. The Division requests that you demonstrate a <br />basis for your legal right of ownership to the minerals on this property. You may submit a copy <br />of a deed, current tax receipt, or other documentation showing that you have legal ownership of <br />the mineral rights. <br />In accordance with the provisions of Construction Materials Rule 1.7.1(2)(c), this matter will not <br />be scheduled before the Mined Land Reclamation Board. The Division will make a decision to <br />approve or deny the permit application by December 4, 2009. All documentation must be <br />received by the Division on or before November 27, 2009.
