<br />The Division of Reclarnatian, Mining and Safety hereby issues notice, in accordance with Title 34, Article 33, Section 11?,
<br />Paragraph 4, of the Colorado Revised Statutes, that on November 9, 209, an application tv revise oval mining operations at
<br />the l1ll? Creek and unborn Crock Mine was considered complete for the purposes of filingF The revision was submitted by
<br />oxbow Nlining,l??C, All review and comment periods as provided in the Act and the Regulations initiate from this date of
<br />filing,
<br />This Technical Revision provides far the addition of as many as thirty-three gob vent boreholes at the Ells Creek Mine
<br />Twenty-seven drill pads and associated temporary, light use roads will b? installed; the borehols will be ?t?d with pumps for
<br />mine ventilation, and eventually reclaimed.
<br />The underground coal mining operation is on land located approximately 0 miles North of Somerset, Colraradv? The permit
<br />area is further described as fvllvws?

<br />The applicant is required to publish notice in a local newspaper that this application has been deerried complete. At the time of
<br />publication of this notice, the applicant is additionally required to place a copy of this application at the Paania Public Library,
<br />2 Third Street, Paonia, CO S142S; at the Delta and Gunnison County Planning Departments; and at the Division office. For
