Creek and Sanborn Creep Mine was considered complete far the purposes of filing. The revision was submitted by ?xl?aw Mining, LLC. A11 review d comment periods as provided in the Act and the Regulations initiate from this date of fiiing. This Technical Revision provides for the addition of as many as thirty-three gob vent boreholes at the Elk Creek Mine. Twenty-seven drill pads and associated teinporary,light use roads will be installed; the boreholes will be fitted with pumps for mine ventilation, and eventually reclaimed. The underground coal mining operation is on land located approximately ? miles North of Somerset, Colorado. The pennit area is further described as follows: Township 12 South, Range 90 West, 6th P - all or parts of Sections ?9 ?- 3? Township 1 ? youth, Range 91 west, 6th P - all or parts of Sections ?? - ?7 and 34 - 3 ?
